gene McCarthy has called
for an investigation of the
Central Intelligence Agen-
cy. Such an investigation
is long overdue. The total
bankruptcy of our present
policies has never ;'been
clearer than in our present
nightmare in Viet Nam. It
is time the American peo-
pie and Congress learn
who is responsible for our
predicament.

power and perpetuated in

rant, Diem; his paranoid
brother, Nhu; his narcissus
sister-in-law, Madame Nhu,
and the rest of Diem's fam-
ily who plundered Viet
Nam and bribed, murdered
or exiled all anti-Commu-
nist leadership who'were
also anti-Diem.
