At that time I declined to allow the Division to transfer this slot to the Office of Training. However, Matt 25X1A9a now says that he has a slot, that ias been doing an outstanding job for the Of- fice of Training, and that he, personally, has looked into the situation with great care and wants to transfer him to his shop.
