1. A bulletin board has been installed in the lobby of the 7th
floor of the BroyhM Building to provide cervices similar to ; those of
bulletin boards at the Headquuert-ers Building. These services include
inforamtion on officiall, governs tt drives and notices, er ployee adver-
tisements on personal item.. car pool inquiries, notices of how rental
or sale, and reel t;on news item .
2. Pof TR viii be responsible for servicing the board and for 1 eeep-
lng it neat and up-to-date.
3. In accordance with Hea dque tera practices catablished for
employee bulletin boards, it is essential. that we ire to the fo1iow-
ing rales :
a. No .ssifisd information my be included an any poste,&
material.
b. BualneBa ads, help vented. requests, and nOn-A envy of playee
notices viii not be pasted on this board.
c. F iloyees should prepare their items on 3 X 5 carte, list-
ing first nay: OBLZ and office extension ONLY (sever your
