RACISM - AN IDEOLOGICAL TOOL OF THE WARMONGERS

...The propaganda of American racism is waged under the flag of superiority
of the American way of life, of American bourgeois democracy, of superiority
of the English language, etc. Anglo-American reactionary ideologues have
created a myth about an Anglo-Saxon "super-nation", about the Anglo-American
type as the bearer of a "super culture". Thus, for example, E. Carr in his
book "Twenty-Year Crisis" writes: "The English-speaking race is chosen by
God as an agent to improve the fate of mankind".
The Ideologues of Anglo-American imperialism preach the racist theory of
the superiority of the English-speaking peoples by no means-from platonic
love for all types of theories. They place before themselves definite prac-
tical aims and tasks. Slandering other peoples of the world, declaring
them incapable of development without the help of Anglo-Saxons, the Ameri-
can and British ideological servants of imperialism are trying to cultivate
in their peoples the spirit of zoological hate for the population of those
countries which are designated as objects of imperialist aggression....
The reactionary American philosopher, Dewey, having declared other peoples
lower races, impudently said that the American imperialists are the "natural
leaders" of mankind. The warmonger, John Foster Dulles, in his book "War
or Peace" writes that the Americans are a "higher race", designated to lead
the whole world. The former employee of the British military mission in
Moscow, Edward Crankshaw, In a book published in 1948 in New York, calling
for a new world war, wrotes "This war would make the USA and Britain joint
masters of the world. If we went along this road,'we could put the world
in our pocket and live in luxury on the plundered".
Trying ideologically to'underpin the aggressive policy of American imperialism,
which has placed as its goal the creation of an American world slave-holding
empire, in which free peoples would be placed in a condition of colonial
slaves lacking rights, the servants of American imperialism disseminate mon-
strous slander about other peoples. Thus, for, example, the former US
President, Herbert Hoover, in his speech on the radio,, declared the peo-
ples who belong in the democratic camp "hordes of Asiatics".in the treat-
ment of whom any brutalities, any atrocities are permissible...
And since, according to the affirmation of the racists, our planet is already
"over-populated" and there is not enough space on the earth for.all,.people,
then the "higher" races have the "right" to exterminate the "lower" races,
who must disappear from the face of the earth.

Thus the modern-day civilised cannibals "scientifically" underpin and
justify the unheard of evil deeds and atrocities committed in Korea, Ma-
laya, Vietnam and other countries by the imperialist colonisers with the
purpose of plundering and enslaving the peoples of these countries...
The devastation of Korea, the destruction of its towns and villages, art
memorials, the mass killing of women, children and old people - all this
is considered by the Anglo-American ideologues and military only as a
"dross rehearsal" on the road to a new world war, with the help of which
predatory American imperialism counts on establishing its supremacy over
the world.
A Chicago atom-monger, a certain James Arnold, reckoned that destruction
of mankind with the help of hydrogen bombs will cost American imperialism
from 2 to 40 billion dollars. Leo Scillard, a doctor of Chicago University,
said on a radio broadcast on February 26, 1950: "I figured out how many
neutrons or how much heavy hydrogen it would be necessary to explode in
order to remove all people from the earth in this manner. And I figured
that for this about 52 tons of neutrons or 500 tons of heavy hydrogen is
completely sufficient."
However, the American imperialists as-e-grossly miscalculating' The peoples
of the world do not want to be slaves of the Anglo-American "master race".
They are more and more closely rallying under the banner of struggle for
maintenance and consolidation of peace, against the imperialist warmongers...
American racism is directed not only against other peoples, but also against
the peoples of the USA, particularly against the national minorities who
live in the USA.
In the USA the so-called theory of "100%" Americans has been widely dissem-
inatod. According to this "theory", "100%"-Americans are considered only
people of Anglo-Saxon origin. The rest of the inhabitants of the country
are declared inferior.
From the point of view of the American obscurantists, only the ruling classes
the "imperialist elite", is valuable. The American racists consider as "lower"
and "inferior" not only the peoples of other countries, but also the working
people of the USA, whom they declare biologically inferior...
In the USA there is a whole system of racist laws; directed aga-lnst national
minorities. The racists treat negroes, Indians, Mulattoes, Chinese and
other non-Anglo-Saxons as lower races...
Now the Anglo-American imperialists, occupied with preparation of a new world
war have extracted from Goebbels propaganda arsenal the weapon of racism,
having readapted it somewhat in the Anglo-Saxon style. But if the lessons of

history didn't teach anything to the new aspirants to world supremacy, these
lessons taught a great deal to pence-loving peoples. People of good will
are more and more forcefully opposing the aggressive policy of the Anglo-
American imperialistg; working for maintenance and consolidation of peace,
against the cannibalistic racist theory, for strengthening friendship and
cooperation between peoples.
The common people of the whole world, with deep love and hope, turn their
eyes to the USSR, where racial and national strife has been liquidated, an3
in relations between peoples there has been for ever confirmed comradely
cooperation and mutual help; there has been established friendship of
peoples - the great moving force of the development of Soviet security on
the road to communism.
