1. A meeting was held at 1500 hours this afternoon for the
purpose of orienting TSD participants in the forthcoming
Seminar. After some general discussions regarding DDP area
Division and Staff representation and the administrative aspects of
time, place, dress, etc., the bulk of the meeting was spent outlining
what was expected of the individual TSD participants.
