1. Mr. New Building Coordinator for Physical
Security Division (x 3091), called regarding the material to go into
the cornerstone box. He cited a memorandum of 30 September 1959
from the Historical Curator and an answer on 7 October 1959 from
the Director of Security. If the listing of material is the same, the
Director of Security's answer still stands; however, if there is any
change they would like to review the change.

2. I told Mr._that our recent inquiries, which apparently
occasioned his call, were primarily relative to the physical security
of the box itself after the actual cornerstone box was laid, but before
the building was occupied. I then advised him that I had talked to
and that he was looking into the matter on the site
in order that he could advise Col. Edwards as soon as possible as
to the security aspects in the placement of the box. I also gave him
some indication as to the urgency of the matter.
