In my memorandum dated 13 December 1951, I indicated that this office would submit an action to PRO for approval of additional funds for the construction of housing for the project. It now appears that the approval for additional funds will not be necessary. Although actual figures will be unknown until the con- tracts for the project are signed, it now appears that the total 25X1A1a figure of- which was approved will be sufficient to cover all construction for the project including housing. 2. Therefore it is proposed that this office be authorized to proceed with the construction of housing for the project.
