15 October 1973 NOTE FOR THE FILE SUBJECT: Termination of the NIS Program DD i- f(3 -. 73, The Director called me at 1500 hours today to tell me that General Scowcroft had given him the go-ahead to send out the termination notice concerning the NIS Program as requested in Mr. Colby's memorandum of 11 September 1973.
