The program will display on the console every WAC-BE number from the tape
as it is being updated.
If the program terminates abnormally and must be restarted, the operator
will type in the last WAC-BE number displayed on the console during the
previous run of the program in columns 13-23 of card number 8. The operator
will then load the card deck and tapes as described above.
When the program is restarted, it will proceed to display to the console
each WAC-BE number to be updated starting from where it left off during the
previous run.
When the program is terminates successfully, the operator should save the
input tape and all listings.
