At the request of Mr. John Clarke, D/PPB, I met with Bill Woodruff today to ask if he could meet with Mr. Clarke, Mr. James Frey of OMB, and Mr. Ralph Preston of the House Appropriations Committee staff, on the Radios some time this week. Woodruff said he could not possibly do it this week, but would try to adjust his schedule for a half hour meeting at a date Mr. Preston desired next week.
