Effective 1 August 1969 the following officers are appointed to serve until 30 June 1970 as members of the Personnel Career Service Junior Competitive Evaluation Panel: 25X1 2. The Panel will competitively evaluate members of the Personnel Career Service in grades GS-07 through GS-10 and submit recommendations to the Chairman of the Personnel Career Service Board. 25X1 3.
