SUBJECT o Report to National Security Council by the Psychological
Strategy Board
1. The Psychological Strategy Board has been requested by the
National. Security Council to report by 1 AMM& 192 on the status of
National Psychological Programs as of IQ J 122. The assistance of
the. Departments of State and Defense and the Central Intelligence Agency
has been requested in the compilation of this report by 11 a Q .
2. This report will encompass the four basic questions listed in
Enclosure 1. It is the responsibility of the Psychological. Staff Division
to prepare adequate susratione. to these questions. Although no direct.,
request is being made of the addressees to responi to these questions,;
any aommnts which you are able to contribute will be most helpful axe

3. Enclosure 2 lists specific questions which are. more more readily
