The kaserne on Highway No 101 was occupied by troops with red-bordered black epaulets between 17 and 19 3anuary 19500 b., mch.activity s observed at the railroad station on those days. it was said that Soviet officer families from the vicinity; including; the Dresden (N 52/F 29) area, were entrained for repatriation to the soviet Union. d. The Ross Hotel opposite the railroad station was occupied by soviet o."f 25X1 yard. 2. a, The :artillerio kasernc on Iii3hway No 101 was occupied by about 1.1c o troops wearin red"-bordered black epaulets 1x ec.rly .Webruary 1950. The troops, about 50 percent being recruits, allegedly belonged to a tank unit including; a subordinate motorcycle unit.
