24 October 1950 for the alleged purpose of securing passage for Soviet
personnel returning to the USSR, but, with negative results.

cargo, which consisted of 6,000 tons of linseed oil. calves, is being shipped
to France which restated in the cancellation of all passenger reservations
previously contracted for Poland

the Soviet Legation in Montevideo:
