SUBJECT : Progress Report for the week of October 24-30, inclusive.
During the week, the Programs Division recommended approval of four
requests for external training. One request is pending. Also, councelled
several employees.
have had preliminary discussion on desirabilit
y
and ease y of eveloping a course on research techniques to be
initiated in response to request from OIS but possibly to be run on a
continuing basis.
Conferences scheduled included conference with State and CIA personnel
on administrative aspects of the rD's to Personnel Exchange Program
(October 30), conference with on development of a reserve roster
(October 30), and conference Career Service Board (November 20).
OSI has tentatively indicated desire for a conference similar to the OCD
one to discuss the OTR program.
