On 5 October l947eit meeting was held in Berlin between the Vice Lord Maycr of Berlin, Dr. NriedensIbum and Professor Dr. Geller, former Hesse 4ielett- President. The latter suggested that a manifesto be hafted petitioning the London Conference of Nereign Ministers to establish a Central German Goverm- meat.
