In The barrio (district) headquarters of the Partido Socialista Popular (PSP.
Cuban Communist Party) has been reopened at the corner of 35th and 12th Streets,
Vedado4 Habana, Cuba.*
2. After a meeting of the PSP National Committee and the Habana Provincial
Committee to study the party's financial situation, it was decided that no
other barrio headquarters would be closed until the results of a money-
raising drive were known, According to source, the Party realizes the necessity
of modifying its structure into sectional rather than barrio bases if it
cannot raise adequate money to maintain the present system.
