It is peculiar that the ground unit of a fighter regiment shou+.,
i.es'he air
i1i.spatched a nmunttion to the ammunition depot of the Fourth Gds Flecz A=Wo
force in Finow has an munition depot of its own L It Possible that the two 5bipments mentioned are identical as ros w is tho
railroad station for Wittatock airfield.

m In 1952, airfields with sodded runways were built near
l ithausen as well as Ganalin, The shipment of tractors indicates that the
construction work at the airfields mentioned were generally completed. The
implements are presumably to be used at Finow airfield,
o C t?,s The officers are mentioned for the first time.

Air : ~
e mmunition depot of the Twenty.. Fouz t;.
in 4'innoow-Vorwerk,, in November and December., received 846
tons and ,, 5 tans-of ammunition respectively, Compared with the preceding
months,, this is a considerable incrbase. If anitio pments kept
at a similar rates it could be concluded that,, con previous assumption,,
the ammunition depot has more than local importance,
6. F::] CqMMq
t The ammunition depot in -inow belongs to the Fourth Gde Meow
Army. It appears that the shipments were destined for three GA regiments which
are stationed in the military posts mentioned. Except for the Brandenburg
post,, the receiving stations of the three shipments are located outside the
area of the Fourth Gds Mvcz .Army,
It is of interest that only incoming fuel shipments have
arrived at the depot since the air force had taken over. It is therefore
assumed that the depot was being filled and that a delivery to units will
start only after stocks reach a certain level. So far the units of the
northern fighter corps., which are believed to be scheduled to receive fuel
from this depot,,, were still supplied by the central air force fuel depot . a
Velten,
~Gomment~ Compared with the preceding month,, the total traffic at this 25X1
railroad station decreased in October and November and,, in December,,
considerably increased. Traffic amounted to 198 incoming and outgoing shipnnr
in September., 183 in October,, 188 In November and 223 in December.
