In early April 1953, 35-45 year old villagers were called for
two months training in the armed forces.' Thi tour c duty for training
purposes odours in the spring and winter. A general: announcement is made to
report for training] however, in the' case of persons who served with the 25X1
Communist Forces during World War II, each is palled to duty by name.
