NAVAL SCHOOL RIGA: in November of 1951 two pilots of the Polish Naval Air DiXision were ordered to a Naval school which was located in RIGA. ? The.etudents were ROZMYSLOVICZ, Roman, KAPTAIN, fighter pilot, and FIGIEL, Teeder, PORUCZNIK, who was a"bombar pilot. The men returned in November 1952 to their old units. Prior to departing for the school "they I'- red their uniforms and took only civilian clothes with r'tiem. the school was conducted by Russian offic rs an a s uden s had to be able to speak the Russian langua e. COMMAND SCHOOL: the Chief of Staff of the X-Ray facilities were available and division to attend this school. comman school was of a two year duration. The hospital consists of 5-6 buildings. Another building was reportedly under cons ore doctors were attached to the hospital. the number of beds to be approximate 1525X1 there t 25X1 OLIWA POLISH NAVAL HOSPITAL: 25X1 s were 100 Dentists, oculists, and o her medical specialis streptomycin, etc. were also available. A few o the oc rs were pre-war Naval medical officers while others had recently entered the service from civilian life. An individual's medical record was on file in 'the office of the division surgeon at OKSYWIE Airfield. A daily bus run was made from GDYNIA to the hospital'to transport patients back and forth.
