this was a complete division with command headquarters.
As of March 1.9529 approximately 19000 men belonging to unidentified Army
units were quartered in barracks located at the northwest edge of
Mikhaylovgrad9 just left of the railway line to Vratsa. The remainder of
the men belonging to this unit were stationed along the border.
