a. New Assignment:
formally of the Contracts Management
Staff, OTS has been assigned to the Supply Division Training Program
for approximately one year. A p manent ignment within the
Division will be determined upon7 completion of this
training phase.
25X1 MG Career Trainee has been assigned
to the Supply Division for the per' od 19 March through 22 June 1984.

During this rotational ass* nment,~ ___] will be providing

c. Field Administration Course:
Seven Supply Division officers successfully completed the
Logistics portion of the Field Administration Course which ran from
19-through 26.March

SUBJECT: Supply Division Weekly Report, Period Ending
27 March 1984
d. LIMS Task Force:
On 26 March, five representatives of Booze, Allen and
Hamilton (BAH) spent approximately two and one-half hours
observing the requisition process on Commodity Section B.
Their main interest focused on the identification and editing of
the requisitions and subsequent input into the ICS System. Sub-
sequent visits will be necessary for BAH representatives to fully

understand Agency requisitioning activities.

e. Discontinuance of GSA Driver Permits:
Supply Division has received information pertaining to
the possible discontinuance of the use of GSA Driver Permits for
driving government vehicles. This GSA proposal has been approved
by the Office of Personnel Management and approval is pending from
the Office of Management and Budget. After approvals, a formal

notice will be published by GSA in the Federal Register.
