GAO has been requested by the Ranking Minority Member
of the Senate Governmental Affairs Subcommittee on Energy,
Nuclear Proliferation, and Government Processes, to review
the US/PRC Agreement for Nuclear Cooperation. Our initial
work on this request indicates that the CIA has a classified
briefing related to this matter which it has provided to
congressional committees. The GAO staff working on this
assignment would like to receive th briefing. C-D
