The meetings will be held in the Department of State on Thursday and Friday, 5 and 6 April. You will note from the attached conference agenda that the panel in which you will be participating will run from 2:00 to 4:00 on Friday, 6 April, but we hope that you will be able to be present for the other sessions as well.
