I request that I GS-07 contract annuitant serving as the Administrative Assistant to the chief of FBIS's Tokyo Press Monitoring Unit, be granted a pay adjustment to the GS-08/M level effective 8 December 1985. This action has been recommended by the FBIS Career Service Panel based o strong performance in that position since 9 October 1984. 2. The Panel realizes that as an annuitant would not actually receive a pay increase as a result of this a ~ustment (her pay would remain at $3.34 per hour). It would, however, be an acknowledgement of the high regard we have for her ability and services.
