Dear ressrs. Vosbeck, Dewberry and Brown:
On behalf of the Agency and the General Cervices
Administration, I would like to take this opportunity to express
our sincere appreciation for the splendid presentation your
Association made to the Evaluation board on 12 April 1982. It
was particularly gratifying to have the active participation of
senior principals of each firm throughout the presentation.
The facilities tour gave the Evaluation board an opportunity
to observe the operation of all three firms and provided an
overview of the proposed joint venture. The display of computer
graphics at E. I. Brown was certainly an important highlight and
demonstrated your ability to use the computer in buildin design
and facilities management.
The Evaluation Board has now completed interviewing all
three firms, and it is anticipated that notification of the final
ranking will be made no later than 1 June 1932.
Thank you once again for an excellent response to our
project and a special thanks to Bob, Scunda for his 1o-3istics
support of the facilities tour.
