Re: Chiller Manufacturers
Log 337
As you requested, SH&G contacted the three potential bidders on the
Chiller Bid Package and requested if they would submit a bid based upon
specific criteria. We also requested a senior representative of the
company contact our Mr. J. R. Livingston.
Ferman Schiebout, Sales Manager, Trane, contacted Mr. Livingston but
did not commit to bidding, he tried to sell Jim on specifying Trane
equipment.
After that, Jack Yorke of our office, again, initiated discussion with
the three potential bidders. Enclosed is Jack's documentation of those
discussions all with local Detroit sales office staff.
