I am in general agreement with your observations. However, is.only just getting underway and its considerable visibility so far has made its efforts to gain access and get involved in a number of activities easier. It has also contributed to its quick establishment in people's minds all over town as an important undertaking. Because any organizational change-- such as to SOVA--could not be implemented for a number of months, any change now would be essentially a paper exercise. Therefore, I have decided to leave where it is at least for a year.
