I plan to form small external review panels to assist in the preparation
of NIC reports which I am sponsoring. The panels would vary in size from
about four to eight and each would be convened about twice but members would
he used on an individual basis as needed. I want to form the panels with
persons selected from the attached list. The large majority already have
appropriate clearances.
If for some reason you prefer I not ask one or more of these individuals
to assist, I would appreciate your letting me know.
