The press of daily watch center operations and last minute shift changes have made it difficult in the past for some WAOCC members to provide attendees ' names very far in advance. We all understand this potential difficulty, and yet security clearances must be passed in advance of the visits. Therefore, I am asking each of you to have your Special Security Office pass clearances to each facility's security office as follows: a. NSA b. NMCC c. DIA- - OJCS (w/info to Lt. Col. Lombardi) SSO d. Treasury (w/info to Mr. Arthur Long) e. State Department Jim Fazio) f. FBIS g. CIA h. White House (w/info to Mrs. Linda Clark) i. Security Clearance message for each attendee should include following information: (1) Name (Last, First, Middle) (2) Date, Place of Birth (3) Social Security Number (4) Grade/Rank/Rating (5) Parent Agency (6) Date of Visit (7) Purpose of Visit: Washington Area Operations- Intelligence Center Chiefs' Conference (WAOCC) orientation visit and briefing. 4.
