1. SIGNIFICANCE: A PROBABLE TYPE IIIF (NEW TYPE)
LAUNCH SITE WAS NEWLY IDENTIFIED
AT THE ZHANGIZ-TOBE ICBM COMPLEX;
THIS CONSTITUTED THE FIRST
IDENTIFICATION OF A TYPE IIIF SITE
AT THIS COMPLEX .
2. REMARKS: THE ZHANGIZ-TOBE ICBM COMPLEX IS
ONE OF SIX DEPLOYED SS-9 COMPLEXES
AND IS THE THIRD OF THESE AT WHICH
TYPE IIIF SILO CONSTRUCTION HAS BEEN
IDENTIFIED. SUCH CONSTRUCTION HAD
PREVIOUSLY BEEN IDENTIFIED AT THE
IMENI GASTELLO AND DOMBAROVSKIY
SS-9 COMPLEXES. IN ADDITION,
TYPE IIIF SITES HAVE ALSO BEEN

IDENTIFICATION OF THE PROBABLE
IIIF SITE, IT HAD BEEN OBSERVED
THAT CONSTRUCTION WORK HAD HALTED
AT THE LAST GROUP OF SS-9 SILOS TO
HAVE BEEN STARTED.
3. NEGATION DATE;
4. MISSION READOUT: A PROBABLE TYPE IIIF (NEW TYPE) LAUNCH SITE
WAS NEWLY IDENTIFIED AT THE ZHANGIZ-TOBE ICBM COMPLEX: THIS IS
THE FIRST TYPE IIIF LAUNCH SITE OBSERVED AT THIS COMPLEX. THE
LAUNCH SITE, DESIGNATED 57, IS APPROXIMATELY 2 NM NORTH OF LAUNCH
SITE lA AND CONSISTS OF TWO CONSTRUCTION SUPPORT BUILDINGS AND
A POSSIBLE SILO CORING. THE SITE WAS NOT PRESENT ON
