1. (S/D) SIGNIFICANCE: PREPARATIONS ARE IN PROGRESS FOR A SPACE
LAUNCH FROM L H PAD U1 AT TYURATAM SPACE LAUNCH SITE U1/2.
2. (S/D) REMARKS: THE MOBILE SERVICE GANTRY IS POSITIONED OVER
THE LAUNCH PAD, AND AN SL-12/13 SPACE LAUNCH VEHICLE IS WITHIN
THE GANTRY. tAUNCH PAD CHECKOUT WAS IN PROGRESS ON
AS INDICATED BY THE PRESENCE OF THE NCH PAD
CHECKOUT PLUG AND SUPPORT VEHICLES. THE
CHECKOUT PHASE WAS COMPLETE AT PAD U1, AND CHECKOUT HAD BEGUN
AT PAD U2. THE CHECKOUT PLUG IS POSITIONED OVER THE PAD AT U2,
INDICATING THAT PAD U2 WILL BE THE SECONDARY LAUNCH PAD OR THAT
PREPARATIONS ARE UNDERWAY FOR AN ADDITIONAL SL-12/13 LAUNCH.
