The target was described as a compound located on a level
site in a hot, humid, foreign land.- The indigenes are
dark-skinned and dark-haired.
A multistoried wooden building is on the site. Within it
are offices, living quarters and a clinic or laboratory.
Nearby is a cluster of very low, interconnected, cell-like
older structures or long, narrow, interlocking, covered
trenchworks with dirt floors, low ceilings and hewn rock walls.
This area was likened to a dungeon; foul-smelling, dusty, some
filtered light, tick marks and graffiti on the walls.
These structures had been used to imprison a group of
people possessing mutually common traits (NFI). This group has
since been relocated to another (hidden) location.
