(U) PURPOSE: To provide the breakout of the additional funds identifie by the SSCI in support of SUN STREAK efforts. 2. (U) FOINTS OF MAJOR INTEREST: a. (S/NF) The SSCI has identified a potential add-on to the FY91 budget of $8 million to support SUN STREAK efforts. This paper provides the breakout an how these funds will be used. Note tYiat the program consists of two aspects: phenomenological research and operational pursuits. The research aspect is accomplished by DIA with the support of various research activities. The opera- tjLonal aspect has been pursued via the DIA special access program SiJN STREAK, that is currently under U.S. Army operational control.
