1. The Career Service Panel met on 30 September 1985 to
discuss promotions to SIS-01, SIS-02 and SIS-03 as well as SIS step
increases. Based on these discussions, the following GS-15 Officers
were recommended for promotion to SIS-O1 effective 5 January 1986:

D/ORD decided to defer to OD&E to recommend for
promotion. He also agreed to call D/NIESO to obtain feedback on 25X1
an ORD officer serving on rotation as DD/NIESO.
2. C/SB/ORD advised that FBIS plans to recommend
for promotion to SIS-02. is on rotation to FBIS from ORD
and D/ORD wants to ensure that s e is recommended for promotion
during this exercise. It was agreed that ORD will submit a
promotion action to backup the FBIS recommendation.
3.I an SIS-02 DDI careerist on detail to ORD,
was also discussed. D/ORD agreed to call the DDI to provide
feedback on status.
