1, Reference is made to Memorandum dated 28 December 1953
from the Acting Assistant Director OSI to Chief, Administration
0 EE/Admin. Officer to Chief of Administration"DD/P regarding
the transfer of two ceiling slots from the Office of Scientific
Intelligence to the 0 Mission DD/P - EE.
2. Since the Acting Assistant Director OSI has indicated
that necessary funds for personal services are available within
the OSI budget for fiscal years 1954 and. 1955 for transfer to
DD/P and further that adequate travel and operational funds for
the personnel are now included in the budget support made avail-
able to this activity for fiscal years 1954 and 1955, this Office
concurs in the transfer of the two slots.
