As I indicated to you in our chat at the White House today, I will be
leaving the government at the end of this month to become Executive Vice
President and Chief Financial Officer of
based here in Washington.
I am most pleased to have had the opportunity to work with you over
the last two years on many difficult issues. I have gained great respect
for your ability to articulate the issues and to put into perspective the
challenges facing US business in this difficult environment. I wish you
the very best of continued success in your efforts. I am sure that you
will be able to count on continued support, information, and analysis
from CIA.
