I gave a speech to CIA employees this morning on
CIA's role in the Iranian initiative. This account
was based on the factfinding report prepared by our
Inspector General. Printed copies of the speech are
being circulated to all employees. A copy is attached
for your information. I also will ask our Inspector
General to provide you with a copy of his factfinding
report, which additionally will be sent to the two
Congressional Oversight Committees.
