Mukden, 22 June -- On 11 May 1951, at the meeting of the board of
directors and the board of inspectors of the Chinese Ch'aag-ch'un Rail-
road Company, the chairmen of the boards and the head of the Chinese
Chang-ch?un Railroad Control Bureau were alternated between Soviet and
