Campaign is gaining momentum on Capitol Hill. Democrats and Republicans alike are signing up in Grace caucus, which is committed to take legislative action to fight waste, inefficiencies and overspending. Peter also told me he had received call from CIA Director Bill Casey who wants Grace Commission to examine CIA's books for ways to reduce waste.
