The name of Tasblakskiy village soviet, Suzakskiy Rayon, is changed to Barpynakiy village soviet, and that of Chichkanskiy village soviet, Tokto- gui'skiy Rayon, to Dzhangi-Dzhol'skiy village soviet. Mayli-Suy settlement, Leninskiy Rayon, is renamed Kok-Tash, and Mayli- Suyskiy settlement soviet is renamed Kok-Tashakiy settlement soviet. Issyk-Kul'skaya Oblast Dzhol-Kolotskiy village soviet, Przheval'skiy Rayon, has been abolished and its territory included in Oktyabr'skiy village soviet. In Dzhety-Oguzskiy Rayon, Chirakskiyvillage'soviet has been aboli3hed and its territory included in Ak- D'yubinskiy village soviet. Oshskaya Oblast In Molotovakiy Rayon, Kara-Kyslilakskiy village soviet has been abolished and its territory included in Molotovabadskiy and Kara-Yagachskiy village soviets. In Batkenskiy and Frunzeaakiy Rayons, respectively, the following workers' settlements have been formed: Kulanskiy settlement soviet and Sovetskiy settle- ment soviet. (3) The Presidium, Supreme Soviet RSFSR, has issued ukases for the following territorial-administrative changes: Molotovskaya Oblast -- By ukase of 25 June 1952, Yugo-Osokinskiy Rayon is renamed Kalininekiy Rayon and its center, Yugo-Osokino village, is renamed Kalinino village. (4) Leningradskaya Oblast -- By ukase of 25 July 1952, Boksitogorskiy Rayon is established in Leningiadskaya Oblast with its center in the city of Boksitogorak, as a result of the division of Tikhvinskiy and Yefimovskiy rayons. (5) Moskovskaya Oblast -- By ukase of 7 August 1952, the workers' settlement of Zheleznodorozhnyy, Balaehlkhinskiy Rayon, is transferred to the category of a city of rayon subordination. (6) By ukase of 15 September 1952 of the Presidium, Supreme Soviet Tadzhik SSR, the city-type settlement Isfara, Isfarinskiy Rayon, Leninabadekaya Oblast, is changed to a city of oblast subordinatio::. (7) UKRAINIAN SSR The Presidium, Supreme Soviet Ukrainian SSR, has issued ukases for the following territorial-administrative changes: By ukase of 24 June 1952, the village of Borshcheva, Babanakiy Rayon, Kiy- evskaya Oblast is transferred to Podvysotakiy Rayon, Kirovagradskaya Oblast. (9) BY ukase of 16 August 1952, Zheleznodorozhnyy Rayon in the city of Stal, Stalinskaya Oblast, is formed and the rayon center of Alekseyevskiy Rayon, in , kovskaya Oblast, is' transferred from the village ment of Pervomayskiy. Nizhnaya Dubrovka khutor, Bratolyubovskly villageiSoviet,tis transferred to the category of a village, and named Nizhnyaya Dubrovka. eGrigorovskiy village soviet, Znamenskiy Rayon, Kirovogradskaya Oblast, is transferred to Adzhamskiy Rayon of the same Oblast. Grafskiy and Krasnyy khutors, Dubovyazovskiy village soviet, Dubovya- zovskiy Rayon, Sumskaya Oblast, have been combined into one populated point and named Krasnoye village, Krasnenakiy village Soviet, with its center in Kraanoye village, is transferred to Dubovyazovskiy Rayon, Lebedev, Kolyadikha, and 0sadchiy khutors, Cherneche-Slobodskiy village soviet, Smelovskiy Rayon, Sumskaya Oblast, have been combined into one populated point named Lebedevo village.
