1. The organizational structure of the Hungarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
a. The Hungarian Foreign Ministry was originally divided ona functional
etc, There was also a legal and cons'ilar department, the. latter headed
by one Pull y. There was an information department
another for finance, and another for teneral administration of buildings,
generally regarded as interchangeable. The Western section broke down
into a number of sub sections, for instance England and America-headed.

Among the other departments was the administrative department headed
by Szarva, which had about five sections, including one for couriers,
these two persons had more than once changed posts and were
