GS-l6, Senior Program Officer, Program & Budget Review Branch
As Deputy to the Branch Chief (a GS-17), this officer is responsible
for monitoring the single largest program in the National Foreign
Intelligence Program and for coordinating the efforts of the other four
program monitors of the Branch. His responsibilities include knowledge
of all aspects of world-wide SIGINT activities, some of which are con-
tained in nearly all of the national intelligence programs. He must
ro i all these SIGINT activities which are annually
for cross-program review and evaluation
purposes. His contacts include certain USIB and IRAC committee
program managers and other offices with program and budget review
responsibilities. These are at the two-star and supergrade levels
throughout the Community.
