new "banding" concept and informed on new developments within the
Agency and OC. All personnel seemed appreciative of the visit and

12. During the week, Panel N experienced no gains and a loss of
1 technician, who transferred to Panel E. Panel N remains at 12
assignable technicians over authorized ceiling resulting in a

experienced 1 gain and oss due to retirement. The Panel is
currently 43 employees over authorized ceiling. These figures
include the 130 EOD students are not in a production status or

17. For those employees who may be overweight, OMS is still
strictly adhering to its weight standards for TDY or PCS medical
approvals. This standard dictates that employees more than 33~ over
the normal t for their height and frame will not be medically
