MEMORANDUM FOR: Chief, Executive 4 Planning Division
SUBJECT : Notice on Reorganization
1. The Director of Security would like to have
an Office Notice issued immediately indicating that the
reorganization relating to PTOS and P&M will be effective
on Monday, 23 July 1973. The reorganization as if affects
PS&I will take place in the near future and further de-
tails will be announced later.
2. 1 personally feel that we should include some
comment to the effect that specific details on the im-
plementation, relating to personnel realignments and phy-
sical location will be handled as appropriate by the
Deputy Directors involved in these changes. I want this
to be coordinated with Bob Gambino before we go to press.
