SUBJECT: Request for Additional Headquarters Visitors Permits

1. This memorandum is to request additional Headquarters Visitors
Permits. These permits will be retained by the ICS Receptionist and issued to
employees as needed.
2. It is requested that the following Headquarters Visitors Permits be
issued to us:
2 -- VIP Front
2 -- North "A"
3. The additional permits are being requested due to the large number of
employees we have driving to Headquarters on official business from the
various ICS locations -- often on a short fuse basis and often handcarrying
priority documents for the DCI and DDCI.
