five staff employees and one dependent. The training, of course,
will be superior to what we otherwise would have had to give any
one of these. Significant, I think, is that four of the persons
are DDS employees, possibly representing translation into action
of Col. White's expressed concern for language training.

idea that she said should play prominently in her report.
