4, Production difficulties
The principle difficulties encountered durill!w the month were in the gas plant where
Wtrk- wbs -s held up by defects in the generators for whieh spare parts are
.difficult to obtain; In particular, trouble was caused by damage in the fixates
and valve defects. Gas cOmpressora Nos. I and III were Out of action part
of the month for this reason.
5.- Tank, car shortage
A shortage of tank cars was notiteable during August. This was -occasionedby
the slow return of the cars and an increase in the number under repair.
