PSB is conducting a survey of the social sciertee research
which has a potential value to Political and economic warfar
Among other things, this survey is attempting to d termine tie
financial magnitude of fle effort. Mr. Loomis of P33 has 14 ked
at some length with Dr. Millikan of your agency concerning t
ORR program. However, he does not have accurate fiscal data.
I would appreciate it v( ry much if you could give us tr, ars nrs
