As discussed in that meeting request you assess alternative 3 proposed by the NSC staff and provide your analysis and recommendation to me by 6 January 1989. As the system accreditor I would like to be assured that the system is compliant with existing security policy while still offering the user maximum ease of use. GORDON A.
